How to get started
Coaching sessions are offered in programmes of a number of pre-agreed hourly sessions, with a minimum of 6-8 sessions to enable authentic results. Sessions are mostly online to accommodate clients from various locations, unless otherwise requested. Dr Nerisha is a Level 1 B-BEE service provider. Sessions are tailored to the number and frequency that best works for you, accommodating different client budgets and objectives.
